Delete in the app

If you still have the Ember app installed, you can request deletion of your account yourself:

• Open the app and log in.
• Go to Account.
• Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit the request.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated immediately. For 30 days afterward, logging back in cancels the deletion and restores your account exactly as it was. After 30 days, the deletion becomes permanent — your personal data (name, email, phone, profile photo, and login credentials) is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Deleting your personal account never affects a shared business workspace’s data (leads, properties, or other records belonging to your company) — that data belongs to the workspace, not to you individually.
